In order to ensure the accuracy of the blending ratio, polyester-cotton blended yarn production is best to use strip mixing, polyester raw strips are pre-merged, polyester cotton strips use 3 mixing, the specific process route is as follows:
1) Cotton: Clear flower→ combed cotton→ pre-combed → strips → combed
2) Polyester: Clear flowers→ combed cotton → premerged
3) Cotton + polyester: 1 → 2→ 3→ roving→ fine yarn → winding
